Please note that we supply replacement lenses for our own patients who have been examined by us within the past eighteen months. If you are experiencing any problems with your lenses we suggest that you contact us to set up an appointment prior to ordering. You may pick up your contacts at Eyecare Associates or for your added convenience we can ship them to you. We offer free shipping for a year’s supply using UPS Ground. Shipping costs for less than a year’s supply is $6.00 or Fed Ex Next Day Air for $20.00.
All orders require pre-payment.
Lenses cannot be returned if they are opened or marked.
Please enter address carefully. Incomplete addresses will incur additional fees.
Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, please provide a street address.
